Press Release

Coronavirus Update

March 16, 2020 | Colin Bradley, President, Chief Executive Officer, Principal

WE ARE PREPARED AND READY TO HELP

During this challenging time, nothing is more important than the health and safety of our employees and their families, our clients, and the impacted communities around the world.

As developments continue to unfold around the coronavirus (COVID-19), Winston is closely monitoring the situation while also implementing our business continuity plans to ensure that we continue to deliver uninterrupted service to you and your employees.

Since our inception, Winston has used technology to effectively support a customer-centric model. Many years ago, we began using secure, cloud-based technologies, including Rackspace, Five9 and Office 365 E3, to make redundant and scalable our infrastructure. These investments will enable a rapid and seamless execution of our business continuity plans and minimize disruption to operations.

In an effort to keep you informed of our plans and the communication channel of our partnership with you strong, here is what Winston is doing.

CUSTOMER SERVICE ENABLED BY TECHNOLOGY

Beginning several weeks ago, we implemented the following steps:

  • Keeping Employees Informed to Stop the Spread of Coronavirus: We are regularly providing all employees with new information and best practices to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and have increased disinfecting and cleaning procedures for all office locations.
  • Encourage Web Conferencing: Migrating all previously scheduled in-person meetings with clients and vendors to web conferencing.
  • Supporting Remote Access: Implementing temporary work-from-home practices, as needed, for employees and departments impacted by these events.
  • Increased Communications: As new developments emerge, we will continue to update employees, clients, and business partners on how Winston will operate safely and effectively.

The Company is continuing to closely monitor the news, guidelines and recommendations of government agencies, the CDC and others to ensure our steps and measures are appropriate. We pledge to remain in continuous contact with you as this global event unfolds.

I want to personally thank you for being a valued client. We are here for you and your employees — and are prepared to work together to meet the challenges of this global crisis.

If you have questions or concerns, please reach out to me or your Account Manager.

Best and safe wishes for you and your family,

Colin Bradley
President and CEO
