Watch & Learn – HRally® Mobile App Experience Launches for Employees Benefits

At Winston, technology has always been a priority. In August of 2020, we announced several upgrades to our proprietary benefits platform, HRally®, enabling Winston to deliver timely HR solutions to our clients during the new state of the workforce. We also revealed the upcoming mobile application experience, which launched in October for the 2020 Open Enrollment season.
The HRally® fully mobile experience provides our clients’ employees access to the same platform features, now with the information at their fingertips, giving them access to benefits whenever and wherever. As a result, we experienced over a 100% increase in mobile use for enrollment, with 20% of all online enrollments being mobile, obviously proving that employees valued this option for enrollment.
