New Faces on Board at Winston

Winston welcomes two new members to its growing sales team – Joe Brady and Adam Hodge. As senior vice presidents of employer solutions, both Adam and Joe report to Curry Bradley, chief marketing officer and principal, and will be responsible for new business development.

Each brings unique talents, knowledge and expertise to Winston, and I’m confident, with their proven track records, their contributions will help us deliver strong business results.”

In their new roles, Adam and Joe will identify and develop new opportunities for Winston to help employers address their benefits administration, communication, and enrollment issues.

Adam will handle the Southeast Central region (Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, and Tennessee), and Joe will serve the Gulf states – Alabama, Florida, and Mississippi.

All About Joe

A United States Navy veteran and seasoned sales professional, Joe Brady has 15 years of sales and marketing experience. Having most recently held positions at Paychex as an Account Executive and Benefitfocus as a Broker Consultant, he has in-depth knowledge of payroll and benefits administration. In these roles, Joe successfully developed and delivered benefits software and technology solutions to mid-sized organizations and managed ongoing client relationships.

After serving four years in the Navy, Joe enrolled in Bellevue University, where he received his BA in Business Administration.  He currently resides in Florida with his wife and four children.

Meet Adam

With more than 10 years of sales experience, Adam is committed to helping organizations tackle tough HR challenges by designing strategic employer solutions around benefits administration, communication and enrollment.

Before joining Winston, Adam was a Broker Sales Executive at freshbenies, where he consulted with benefits brokers to provide telemedicine, advocacy and other non-insurance benefits to employer groups.  Prior to that, he was an Account Executive at Zywave, where he sold SasS technology to insurance agencies.

A graduate of Mississippi State University, Adam earned a BBA in Banking and Finance. He and his wife live in Little Rock, AR, with their four children and a house full of pets.
