Winston Shares Internal Mental Health Benefits

May 25, 2022 | Winston

We know that employee mental health and well-being are always top-of-mind for HR and benefits teams. With stress on the rise, especially in the past couple of years, companies have added more mental health resources to their benefits packages to support employees and their families. At Winston, we have done the same.

In support of Mental Health Awareness Month and the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) 2022 message of “Together for Mental Health,” we share some of our internal employee offerings. In addition, we are giving our colleagues and partners insight into our resources, helping to keep an open dialogue around employee mental health.

Advocate4Me

Advocate4Me helps employees navigate the health care system by matching them with expert advocates who guide them through any questions. Whether through one-on-one conversations or online tools, employees can get emotional and well-being support and more, helping them get the most out of their benefits.

Doctor On Demand

At a $0 copay, Doctor On Demand provides convenient telemedicine through live, secure, and HIPPA-compliant virtual visits. Patients can connect with licensed psychiatrists and therapists available seven days a week to help with anxiety, depression, postpartum, trauma and loss, and insomnia.

Talkspace

Talkspace is a digital platform that offers an alternative to face-to-face therapy if preferred, allowing you to also connect via text and audio messaging. Therapists are available to patients anywhere, finding reliable support simple and accessible no matter your schedule. One week of unlimited messaging or one live video session is a $0 copay.

Sanvello

For those looking to take a more proactive role in their mental health, Sanvello is a great tool. Sanvello is a self-help app that provides guided health journeys, coping mechanisms, mindfulness activities, and daily mood tracking to help individuals achieve better mental health.

As we have all seen, the world of mental health benefits has grown exponentially, and these are just a few of the many platforms that can support your employees. We encourage you to share these and others with your teams to put employee health first.
