As we collectively watch the impact and status of the coronavirus (COVID-19) evolve daily, our businesses, colleagues, and families and friends are confronted with unprecedented challenges. However, we all continue to rise to the occasion.

At Winston, we are doing our part to help prevent the spread of the virus, while also supporting the needs of our clients and employees. We are proud of the progress we have made during the past six weeks to respond to the pandemic and shift our operations so that we continue to serve your organization without interruption.

How Winston Is Responding

  • Protecting Employee Health and Well-being: We have successfully implemented our business continuity plans, and our entire workforce is now working remotely to support clients and help stop the spread of the COVID-19.
  • Providing a Consultative Approach: Our team is working closely with clients to help them navigate and address the complex issues related to COVID-19.
  • Delivering Outstanding Customer Service: Winston’s Benefits Service Center continues to operate at 100% efficiency. Our Licensed Benefit Counselors are available normal business hours to assist employees with benefits-related questions.
  • Increasing Communications: As new developments emerge, we will continue to update employees, clients, and business partners on our business operations and plans.
