Kelly: Rachna, last month was your seventh anniversary working at Winston! What is your favorite thing about working here?
Rachna: The people and the culture, everyone is so helpful and believes in teamwork.
Kelly: Over the last seven years, you have held three different positions here. What are some things you learned that helped you grow within the company?
Rachna: Continue to learn and ask a lot of questions. Knowledge is power. All three of my positions intertwined with each other, so it was easier to transition into other positions and move within the company. My two previous roles were Client Solutions Analyst & Electronic Data Interchange Business Analyst.
Kelly: What part of your job do you enjoy doing the most?
Rachna: Providing excellent service to our clients. I enjoy working with the client and building a relationship with them.
Kelly: What are your professional goals moving forward?
Rachna: For now, I am enjoying and continuing to grow in my current role as a Senior Account Manager. Still, I would like to become an Account Executive in the future should the opportunity arise.
