Raquel Pagliaro, Project Manager: Building Better Teams and Creating Consistent Client Satisfaction

Q: How long have you been with Winston/your role(s)?

Raquel: My  journey at Winston began in 2018 as an Account Specialist. I was then promoted to a Client Account Representative. Over the past six years, I’ve grown within the company, and, for the last several years, I have enjoyed my role as a Project Manager.

Q:  What do you enjoy most about working at Winston?

Raquel: First and foremost, it’s the talented and supportive teams across all departments at Winston that stand out. It’s truly rewarding to collaborate with such skilled colleagues, which provides endless opportunities to learn and grow both personally and professionally every day.

Q:  What skills or qualities do you think are most important for your role?

Raquel: Staying organized and having the ability to multitask with a positive attitude to assist in keeping the team focused and motivated—ensuring we stay on track to achieve our end goals.

Q: What’s a project or accomplishment you’re particularly proud of?

Raquel: Leading client implementations onto the HRally platform is particularly rewarding and what I am most proud of. The combined effort leads to strong teamwork and ultimately results in high client satisfaction.

Q: How did you get started in your career, and what inspired you to join Winston?

Raquel: With my previous experience in the technology and health fields combined with Winston’s reputation for providing innovative solutions in this arena, it seemed like the next step on my path.

Q: What’s a fun or memorable moment you’ve had with your colleagues?

Raquel: One truly memorable moment was introducing and leading a 30-Day Whole Foods Challenge for the Winston team! The participation was fantastic, and it was fun to see so many healthy snacks offered for office celebrations and everyone embracing them.
