Jonathan Tillson: I like that it’s a family company, which makes it a comfortable environment to work in.

Jonathan Tillson: It’s important to be friendly and communicative in order to build strong, long-lasting relationships with both coworkers and clients.
Q: What’s a project or accomplishment you’re particularly proud of?
Jonathan Tillson: In my second year with Winston, I was promoted to manager for new enrollment, and my team exceeded expectations.
Q: How did you get started in your career, and what inspired you to join Winston?
Jonathan Tillson: I started as a benefit counselor with another enrollment company about 12 years ago. I’ve been in the industry ever since, and Winston was the next great step in advancing my career.
Q: Do you have any advice for someone starting out in your field?
Jonathan Tillson: You can listen and learn, but you really need to get into the field to make mistakes, learn from them, and figure out the style that works for you.
