How Teamwork and Communication are Vital to Helping Clients Succeed, with Account Executive Kyle Martin

Kelly: You have been working at Winston for over four years. What do you enjoy most about working here?

Kyle: Being part of a great team. Having successful Open Enrollment periods is fulfilling, and knowing our teamwork helped clients succeed.

Kelly: What have you learned over the years that helped you progress into your current role?

Kyle: Starting as a Configuration Analyst and learning how the system works has allowed me to become a more robust Account Manager. I can take this knowledge and work experience and assist the team from a technical standpoint.

Kelly: What skills are most important in being a successful Account Executive?

Kyle: It is essential to be a team player, and communicating with teammates is vital to success. Helping the team out when needed but letting them think and figure out independently so they feel confident at the workplace.

Kelly: What are some of your favorite things to do outside of work?

Kyle: I enjoy reading, traveling, and going to concerts in my free time.
